SV University Distance Education Admission Procedures 2014-15

Either Purchase Admission resume Form from the Director office of DDE, SV University or you can also download the resume forms from online. Fill the form with correct datas and after fill up, take a print out of it. Paste your current passport sized photograph on it. And take a printout of the Challan form which is use to paid amount of Rs.200/- in any SBI or Andhra Bank as an resume Form fees.

• Attach your all necessitated documents photocopies includes 10th/12th Mark Sheet + Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Residence Proof and Date of Birth Certificate. And send these all to the university address –
